Ali was extremely helpful. We arrived an hour before closing, went on a test drive, negotiated, and bought the car within an hour. The team at Prince Auto is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make your experience as good as it can be.

I drove 4 hrs from Indy to purchase a car from this dealership. The staff was over the top with great customer service!!! The car was in great condition, and for a great price. Was not hard at all to negotiate with. I had the car diagnosed 3 times when returning home, and all 3 came back with no issues. Ali was the best and the receptionist, I believe Allison, were the BEST!!!! I left the dealer that day calling them Family!!Thanks, from your Indianapolis cousin!

Great experience. From test drive to keys in hand, I was out the door in 2 hours. Was able to negotiate fairly, was financed without any issue, and just overall easy to work with!Also Ali said if he got a bad review he'd cry so just here to say you're welcome 😉🤣
